Job summary

Success Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Coordinator/DSP Supervisor in Quakertown, PA.

The role combines supervisory responsibilities with hands-on residential care, mentoring staff, and ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for adults with traumatic brain injuries. You will lead a team, support residents toward treatment goals, and collaborate with nursing and management to implement behavioral plans and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to establish rapport with staff and clients.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s in Human Services preferred.
• Annual Certification (preferred) or Brain Injury Certificate program (10 hours/year).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, bend, push and pull; lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support residents toward active treatment goals.
• Maintain a safe, home-like environment for residents.
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, grooming.
• Function as Team Leader and/or Unit Leader.
• Provide assistance to residential managers and nursing teams.
• Implement behavioral plans and ensure documentation is completed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Primary Job Duties: As a Residential Program Coordinator/DSP Supervisor at Success Rehabilitation Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting each resident toward the achievement of active treatment goals
• Assisting residents in maintaining a safe, comfortable, home-like environment
• Helping clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, personal hygiene, grooming, etc.
• Functioning as Team Leader and/or Unit Leader
• Providing assistance to residential managers and nursing teams
• Implementing behavioral plans and ensuring documentation is completed
• Performing all other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services preferred
• Annual Certification (preferred) or Success Brain Injury Certificate program, both of which include 10 hours of brain injury education per year
• Valid driver's license
• Be at least 18 years old
• Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, sit, kneel, bend, push, and pull
• Capability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
• Weekend availability
• Punctuality, responsibility, and ability to work independently
• Ability to problem solve with a team-oriented mindset
• At least 1 year of experience in a Rehabilitation facility
• At least 1 year of experience in supervisory role
