Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Transitions Experience Manager based in Provo, UT. You will guide each property through the full transition journey, serving as the single point of contact for client and department heads from Day 1 to Day 60, blending hospitality with precise back-end execution in Entrata.

You will own the transition checklist, train the on-site team, and coordinate cross-functionally to keep milestones on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a client-facing coordination, hospitality, or operations role.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Transition-In: own client relationship from PMA signing through Day 60.
• Own transition checklist including data prep, Entrata config, and Go-Live.
• Train and mentor the on-site team for 30–60 days.
• Coordinate with regional ops to ensure smooth handoffs and uptime.
• Deliver post-transition reports and weekly check-ins until stabilization.
• Support Tier 2 transitions remotely and travel to properties for Tier 1.
