Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transition Specialist in Missouri to verify onboarding and offboarding tasks across multifamily property management assignments, guiding internal and external clients through the transition with organized communication.

You will coordinate among regional property managers, client accounting, HR, and external providers, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery while identifying improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in multifamily real estate and basic accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to interpret complex real estate terminology.

Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze and complete onboarding and offboarding tasks for multifamily assignments with minimal supervision.
• Lead communication among regional managers, client accounting, HR, technology, vendors and clients.
• Deliver a positive client experience during onboarding and offboarding.
• Identify transition needs and outline efficient workflows for internal and external partners.
• Maintain data integrity across platforms and support quality assurance.
