Qualifications

• 7+ years managing complex IT projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with vendors, and managing multi stakeholder initiatives in public sector or regulated environments.
• 4+ years with enterprise technology projects including cloud modernization, M365 and Google Workspace.
• 4+ years with enterprise IT concepts, cloud platforms, and governance models.
• 2+ years organizational change management and enterprise strategy alignment.
• 2+ years developing project plans, schedules, metrics, and executive reporting.
• 4+ years familiarity with municipal/state/public-sector environments is preferred.
• 2+ years evaluating vendor proposals and overseeing large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop schedules, milestones, and performance metrics to support transformation goals.
• Oversee scope, quality, cost, and resources; manage governance and priorities.
• Direct cross-functional teams; coordinate vendor activities and accountability.
• Prepare executive dashboards and briefings for senior leadership.
• Drive alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards.
