Dartmouth College is seeking a Client Technology Consultant I to provide operational support and consulting for client technologies used by students, faculty, and staff at Hanover campus. The role emphasizes strong customer service, problem solving, and proactive assistance to keep technology running smoothly.

You will work in a hybrid environment with 40 hours per week, and shifts that include early morning to evening. A bachelor's degree plus 1–2 years of experience or equivalent is expected.

• Demonstrated ability to understand client perspective and deliver client-focused service.
• Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding client service through support and consulting interactions with clients.
• Provide core support for accounts and access.
• Provide core technology support for computers, devices, and software.
• Use existing scripts and automation to provide technology and client support.
• Use endpoint management tools to support client computers and devices.
