Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot and follow up on unresolved issues with customers.
• Document contacts and resolutions accurately.
• Report laboratory results to clients using established protocols.
• Provide coaching or guidance to less experienced reps as needed.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
