Job summary

Uhlig LLC is a fast-growing, advanced-technology publishing company serving North America with web, print and electronic documents. This role supports our nationwide client base for our web-based products, delivering friendly, proactive service.

You will work as the front line, addressing inquiries via phone and email, building strong relationships and ensuring timely resolution. A bachelor’s degree is preferred; two years in mortgage/real estate customer service is ideal.

Qualifications

• Two years of mortgage/real estate industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
• Knowledge of real estate transactions, loan documents and titles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve phone and email inquiries regarding products and services.
• Assist property managers, real estate agents and related roles in product selection.
• Ensure timely delivery of products per residential loan closing requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation of inquiries, events and transactions.
• Escalate issues to management and relevant departments as needed.
• Develop cursory understanding of other departments to route calls correctly.
