Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2–4 years supporting Mortgage Origination or Mortgage Industry.
• 1–2 years in IT with programming or MIS relevant work.
• Experience with ITIL and best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaboration across users.

Responsibilities

• Provide configuration and support for internal system users.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate with users until resolution.
• Monitor application health and escalate proactively.
• Work with different databases for supported applications.
• Prioritize and balance tasks across multiple applications.
• Create knowledge base documentation for End User Support.
• Document requirements and coordinate with software vendors with Product Owners.
• Interact with both technical and non‑technical users.
