Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide orientation about services.
• Assist with initial intake, paperwork and eligibility applications.
• Coordinate appointments and referrals, track attendance.
• Support MAT and HIV/AIDS education.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and information on the referral network.
• Handle scheduling changes and follow-up with providers.
• Participate in staff trainings and agency activities.
• Prepare reports and resolve scheduling issues.
• Communicate with clients before hurricane/natural disaster per plan.
