Qualifications

• One year of experience in a similar customer service role.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints professionally and courteously.
• Research and troubleshoot inquiries and follow up with customers.
• Document all requests accurately and maintain records.
• Escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
• Follow policies for follow-up and shift changes.
• Provide information and guidance on business processes.
• Suggest process improvements to boost quality and efficiency.
