Kelly is looking for a Client Support Representative to be based onsite in Green Bay, WI. You’ll handle customer-facing processes, monitor orders and shipments, and provide training on processes and systems to teammates.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience (2 years preferred), and strong communication. This long-term role offers a $22/hour pay rate, shift pattern, and a comprehensive benefits package.

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:

• Handling customer-facing processes, systems, and equipment for daily operations.
• Monitoring customer orders and shipments to identify and resolve issues.
• Providing process and technology training to team members.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams, leadership, and customers to resolve concerns and manage escalations.
• Supporting the Customer Service Manager and acting as a subject matter expert for problem resolution.
