Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries and process orders with high accuracy regarding pricing, availability, and product specifications.
• Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery and clear communication of priority status.
• Resolve product or order-related issues by troubleshooting problems and providing effective, timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and perform manual reporting to track backorders and audit fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and export compliance, to facilitate documentation such as commercial invoices and customs certificates.
• Utilize multiple enterprise systems and software platforms to manage data, track shipments, and support administrative workflows.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and physical inventory activities to optimize operational performance.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to provide expert guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
