Qualifications

• Education in IT/computer technology required.
• 2–4 years in a help desk or customer support role.
• English proficiency; Dutch or French a plus.
• Strong PC/network troubleshooting and familiarity with Windows-based software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across Qmatic software, systems, and connected peripherals.
• Diagnose incidents and identify root causes; guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
• Document issues and coordinate with Customer Support, Project Management and Sales.
• Support adherence to service-level commitments and help improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver a professional customer journey.
