Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Client Support Associate on the Business Insurance team to deliver prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues. You will process policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and conduct policy audits with accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2 years of business insurance experience, and a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days. A flexible hybrid work arrangement is offered.

As our Client Support Associate on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Business Insurance experience.
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Attention to Detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight.
