Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Client Support Associate on the Business Insurance team to deliver prompt, courteous service to clients and colleagues. You will support the team with processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits with a focus on accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma, about two years of Business Insurance experience, and a Property & Casualty license (or plan to obtain within 90 days); strong attention

A day in the life.

As our Client Support Associate on the Business Insurance team, you will be committed to prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. You will work closely with our Business Insurance team providing support, which includes processing policy changes, certificates and evidence of property insurance, and policy audits; all while maintaining the highest level of accuracy.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years Business Insurance experience
• Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Attention to Detail and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Experience working with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight
