Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team to deliver prompt and courteous service to clients and colleagues. You will work with teammates to meet service needs and ensure meticulous handling of changes, rating, and client data entry.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license or ability to obtain within 90 days, plus 2 years of Business Insurance experience. Hybrid work and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Two (2) years of Business Insurance experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members to meet service needs of customers.
• Process changes, rating, and ensure accurate client data entry.

Education

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Insurance designations such as CISR, AAI, CIC

As a Client Service Specialist on the Business Insurance team, you will provide prompt, courteous, knowledgeable service to clients and colleagues. Your responsibilities include working with other team members to meet the service needs of customers and paying attention to detail in tasks such as processing changes, rating, and accurate client data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Property & Casualty Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
