Jackson Hewitt - EMH is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for visitors, delivering exceptional client experiences and essential support. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, and distribute marketing materials in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Full-time or part-time roles are available, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
