Jackson Hewitt - EMH is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients visiting our offices. You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients to foster continued engagement.

In this customer-focused role, you will distribute marketing materials, support with wait times, and help deliver exceptional client experiences. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities are available.

• Basic computer proficiency and troubleshooting ability.
