Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters in Burlington, NC is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients, confirm appointments, and provide essential support to ensure a positive experience.

You will engage with clients, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. All backgrounds welcome; opportunity to learn and grow.
