Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters seeks a Seasonal Client Support Associate to provide friendly, client-facing service in our offices in Chapel Hill, NC. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, and assist with follow-ups to ensure a positive client experience.

You will distribute marketing materials, support wait-time engagement, and contribute to a welcoming, fast-paced retail environment. Full-time and part-time roles are available to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and troubleshooting ability.
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
