Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - EMH is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to act as the friendly face for clients in our Burlington, NC offices. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and share marketing materials to keep clients engaged while they wait.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and the chance to learn new skills in a supportive, team-driven environment. Flexible scheduling and advancement opportunities are available.
