Jackson Hewitt - CPI is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for clients at our office locations. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with prospects, and distribute marketing materials to keep clients engaged during wait times.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced retail environment. We offer flexible schedules, earned wage access, training, and opportunities for advancement.
