Jackson Hewitt - CGH in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients, confirm appointments, and provide essential support to ensure a positive client journey.

You will engage with clients, distribute marketing materials, and help keep clients engaged during wait times while learning and growing in a customer-focused role. Training & development are provided in a welcoming environment.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
