Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face in our offices, delivering exceptional client experiences and essential support. You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, experience in a fast-paced retail setting, and a willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
