Job summary

Jackson Hewitt - AHC is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients, help with appointments, and provide essential support in our offices.

You will engage with clients, distribute marketing materials, follow up with prospects, and keep clients engaged during wait times. Flexible full- and part-time schedules are available with opportunities for advancement and training.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
