Jackson Hewitt - CLP in Boston is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to be the friendly face for visitors, ensuring excellent client experiences and providing essential support.

You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times. This is a customer-focused role with opportunities for advancement and a friendly team environment.
