Jackson Hewitt - Headquarters is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients, answer questions, confirm appointments, and provide friendly service in our offices.

You will engage with clients, distribute marketing materials, follow up with prospects, and keep customers engaged during wait times, contributing to a positive client journey. No prior experience required, but strong communication and a willingness to learn help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment is beneficial.
• Basic computer proficiency and troubleshooting ability expected.
• Customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required.
