The Company

Friedman Vartolo LLP is a rapidly growing New York-based real estate and default services law firm with 250+ employees across six states. The firm prides itself on its innovative approach to business and problem solving, offering a fast-paced, startup vibe.

The Position

We are looking for an experienced Client Support Administrator to join our team. This individual will handle client communications and escalations, acting as an extension of the firm to relay critical information and timeline data directly to clients.

Responsibilities

  1. Ensure accurate completion of BFKS and Tempo workload steps daily.
  2. Manage firm to expected internal and client milestones and timelines for cases.
  3. Serve as the single point of contact for firm clients.
  4. Maintain and improve client relationships to drive referral growth.
  5. Escalate pressing timeline issues where appropriate.
  6. Produce case-level reports for client review.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the default services industry.
  2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience with BFKS, Tempo, and other client portals.
  3. Tech-savvy and willing to ask questions and get hands dirty.
  4. Team player eager to be part of something great.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
