Job summary

Cotality, a leading provider of property intelligence, is seeking a Client Account Services Professional to join our Commercial Tax Organization. You will serve as a strategic partner for our largest clients, delivering high-touch technical and application support while aligning with client tax operations and product usage.

You will configure systems, bridge client stakeholders with internal teams, analyze implementations, manage incidents, and contribute to cross-functional projects that fuel

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Application Support, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management).
• Technical Aptitude: Troubleshoot enterprise software, understand database structures, or assist in application configuration.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Execution & Ownership: Self-starter who works independently and collaborates well in teams.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship & Technical Stewardship: Provide high-touch support to key clients and understand their tax operations and service needs.
• Application Configuration: Configure systems and software to align with client rules and workflows.
• Bridge between client and internal teams: Liaise with engineering, product, and implementation teams to speed resolutions and guide product improvements.
• Implementation Analysis: Review client installations to identify gaps and opportunities for workflow optimization.
• Incident Management: Coordinate prompt resolutions to minimize disruption and maintain client satisfaction.
• Special Projects: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives with mentorship from senior team members.
