Job summary

Cotality seeks an Onsite Client Account Services & Trainer to empower enterprise clients with training and hands-on education of our technology and data platforms. You will lead coaching sessions, webinars, and workshops, traveling to client sites as needed to build strong relationships and adoption.

You will also troubleshoot, configure solutions, and collaborate with product teams to deliver seamless service and continuous improvement in client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 1+ years of demonstrated success in technical support, client solutions, client enablement, or client-facing service delivery.
• Strong troubleshooting, product configuration, and data workflow understanding.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Engaging Training Programs: design, coordinate, and lead high-impact training sessions—1:1 coaching, live webinars, and workshops.
• On-site Client Engagement: travel to client offices for onboarding, multi-day workshops, and relationship building.
• Develop Training Collateral: create instructional materials, guides, videos, and best-practice docs.
• Configure Client Solutions: analyze workflows to configure applications and integrations.
• Incident Management: provide Tier 2 support and resolve issues to minimize disruption.
• Bridge with product teams to resolve hurdles and improve delivery.
