Job summary

TMA Systems, a Tulsa-based technology company, is seeking an experienced Client Success Team Lead to guide a team of managers and maintain strategic client relationships. The role focuses on driving performance, coaching, and ensuring adherence to client success processes and cross-functional collaboration.

You will collaborate with leadership and internal teams to promote accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement while managing risk and reporting on portfolio activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
• Excellent English communication skills including both written and verbal.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and demonstrate leadership.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or Gainsight is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages client information within CRM/CSM platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight).
• Proactively engage clients and act as trusted advisor to drive adoption of WebTMA solutions.
• Create client success plans with critical factors, metrics, issues, and recommendations.
• Lead quarterly or yearly business reviews with key stakeholders.
• Articulate the TMA value proposition to clients and align success criteria with program strategy.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Deliver product demonstrations and client training as required.
• Monitor client activity to detect performance changes and risk, escalating as needed.
