Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong written and phone communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Demonstrates reliability and schedule discipline.
• Can manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism.
• Takes ownership of responsibilities and communicates proactively.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, quotes and account updates.
• Maintain continuous coverage during scheduled business hours.
• Monitor and manage queue-based customer requests.
• Coordinate availability and escape proactively when coverage is at risk.
• Support sales and technical teams with administrative and client follow-up tasks.
• Assist with trade show and conference preparation as needed.
• Follow defined service and escalation procedures.
• Make every customer's experience an awesome one.
