Ingram Content Group is hiring a Client Services Coordinator for the IngramSpark team in LaVergne, TN. You will assist customers by answering questions, troubleshooting, resolving complaints, and guiding them through service offerings.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service experience. Preferred candidates may have a Bachelor's degree and customer-facing experience. This is an onsite role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of customer/client service experience.
• Experience with critical thinking and problem-solving is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for customers.
• Manages customer relationships between customers and other departments.
• Upsells to increase sales volume.
• Resolves publisher queries via phone, email and chat.
• Ensures timely updates and satisfactory resolutions.
• Maintains knowledge of Ingram services to advise customers.
