Ingram Content Group is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join the IngramSpark team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville. You will support customers by answering questions, troubleshooting, resolving complaints, and guiding them on IngramSpark/Lightning Source offerings.

The role centers on customer care, problem solving, and collaboration with sales, premedia, and operations to drive upsell opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year customer/client service experience.
• Experience with critical thinking and problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Acts as the primary and oftentimes sole point of contact for customers.
• Interacts with sales, premedia, and operations to manage customer relationships.
• Increase sales volume via upselling and clarification of offerings.
• Address publisher queries via phone, email and chat.
• Ensure issues are resolved with satisfactory outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ingram services for accurate guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams across US, UK, and AU as needed.
