Bedrock Digital Marketing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a bridge between Bedrock Digital Marketing and clients, delivering timely support and ensuring satisfaction across digital solutions.

You will respond to client questions, coordinate with internal teams, document interactions, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, client success, account coordination, or a related role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in handling difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Basic understanding of digital services such as web development, marketing, or technology solutions is preferred.
