You will respond to client questions, coordinate with internal teams, document interactions, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, client success, account coordination, or a related role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence in handling difficult situations with professionalism and empathy.
