Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Strategic Client Executive on the Rx Solutions team. You will be the primary contact for MMA field offices regarding pharmacy management, from post-sale implementation to ongoing client support, leading drug benefit negotiations, and presenting results to clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with carriers, PBMs, clinical pharmacists and actuarial team to tailor strategies for clients, train field teams, and drive cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent career experience required.
• Minimum of ten (10) years working directly in pharmacy from PBM, carrier, consultant or pharma manufacturer perspective.
• Focus and experience with major accounts and a strong understanding of pharmacy benefits.
• Strong relationship management experience with knowledge and experience in benefit consultation.
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead client pharmacy market bids, RFPs, and PBM negotiations, ensuring field office needs align with partner deliverables.
• Present results and recommendations to clients and prospects and conduct final ASA agreement reviews.
• Lead regular training sessions for the MMA field force on clinical and pharmacy topics and participate in pre-renewal meetings.
• Collaborate with carriers, PBMs, clinical pharmacists and the actuarial team to tailor pharmacy strategies for specific clients and drive cost savings.
