Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or service is helpful but not required.
• Ability to onboard customers and guide through best practices.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and stay organized.
• Familiarity with CRMs and data entry.

Responsibilities
