• Assist in completion of work orders and verify client information and funding eligibility.
• Perform data entry and file documents; maintain and organize records.
• Assist with inventory and provide clerical support for inventory documentation.
• Complete follow-up calls efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain regular attendance and carry out duties as assigned by branch leadership.
