Warren Henry Automotive Group in Florida seeks a Service Coordinator to join our Business Development oriented Service team. You will build relationships with current and prospective clients to schedule and confirm appointments for the service department, helping with customer retention.

Ideal candidates have strong people skills, a goal‑oriented mindset, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Proven experience in customer service; sales preferred.
• Strong desire to set and achieve goals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and confirming appointments by listening to customer needs.
• Coordinating with service managers and advisors to obtain necessary information.
• Maintaining knowledge of loaners, valet services and scheduling.
