Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or certificate with two years’ work experience preferred.
Customer service with relationship building experience is a plus.
Competencies: customer focus and relationship building, problem solving and initiative, collaboration and teamwork, adaptability and agility, results orientation
Must be able to multi-task and think critically in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service and support to customers by executing the service agreement renewal process.
Provide quotations and follow up on submitted leads.
Identify opportunities for growth and sales within assigned portfolio.
Drive time and material and quoted job opportunities with the estimating team.
Maintain Salesforce records and reflect the sales pipeline accurately.
