Job summary

Forward Air Corporation is seeking a Client Success Specialist in Los Angeles to support customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You will liaison between customers and internal teams, owning day-to-day support and pricing activities to ensure seamless onboarding and order execution.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience in relevant business fields; equivalent combos may be considered.
• Experience in customer success, sales support, or sales operations is preferred; freight/logistics experience is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM, quoting platforms, TMS, and reporting tools; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer needs.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure documentation completion.
• Assist with contract preparation, review, execution tracking, and renewals.
• Monitor customer accounts, maintain accurate records and SOPs.
• Prepare quotes, pricing proposals, bids, and RFP responses.
• Validate pricing accuracy, margins, and supporting documents.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure execution of commitments.
• Resolve billing discrepancies, pricing issues, and documentation-related exceptions promptly.
• Monitor invoice aging and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Generate sales reports, dashboards, and QBRs to support business decisions.
• Assist with forecasting, pipeline reporting, and other sales operations processes.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through analysis of customer activity and trends.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
• Maintain templates and identify opportunities for process improvements.
