Job summary

PYA is seeking a Client Relationship Coordinator in Atlanta, GA to serve as a primary client contact alongside the management team. The role blends client-facing service with administrative and paralegal support to ensure exceptional client experiences and compliant operations.

You will liaise between clients and internal teams, prepare client-facing documents, and drive projects with autonomy. A strong communication mindset and 3+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, paralegal, paraprofessional, or client support experience with a firm or corporation preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional processes and drive results independently.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a client contact, building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular, proactive communication.
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure needs are understood and met.
• Prepare client-facing documents, reports, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.
• Support the preparation and review of contracts, engagement letters, and other compliance-related documents.
• Maintain meticulous records to ensure compliance and efficient client service.
• Lead Salesforce initiatives and integrate systems and reporting for operations.
• Champion firm policies and drive autonomous special projects as needed.
