Job summary

PYA Atlanta is seeking a Client Delivery Coordinator to join a high-performing, privately owned consulting practice. This role supports the Consulting Department by streamlining administration, coordinating client workflows, and driving efficient project delivery.

The successful candidate will lead Salesforce-driven processes, design scalable templates, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining the highest client service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative, paralegal, paraprofessional, or client support experience.
• Ability to lead cross-functional processes and drive results independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines when faced with multiple tasks.
• Polished professionalism and exceptional communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and streamline administrative and production processes for consulting deliverables, ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Manage and optimize new project set-up and other firm processes in Salesforce driving adoption and best practices.
• Coordinate and oversee client workflow, ensuring seamless production, review, and delivery of reports.
• Design and implement tools, templates, and processes that improve project planning and execution.
• Lead Salesforce initiatives, integrating systems and reporting to enhance consulting and firm-wide operations.
• Gather, synthesize, and present market and industry insights to inform client strategies and special projects.
• Champion compliance in firm policies (e.g., record retention and destruction processes).
• Drive special projects and ad hoc initiatives with autonomy and accountability.
• Communicate solutions, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
