Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for clients outside equipment sales, technical service, and finance.
• Answer calls and emails, route requests to the right owner, and follow up with clients.
• Keep clients informed on service and delivery status; coordinate onboarding and launches.
• Coordinate customer supply requests end-to-end and set up clients to order supplies.
• Schedule and conduct annual/quarterly business reviews with leadership input.
• Enter customer service-call requests into the dispatch system.
