Job summary

Mantis Innovation in Burlington, MA, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to support and service existing client accounts. You will act as a liaison between clients, internal sales, channel partners, and energy suppliers, ensuring accurate contract processing and timely issue resolution throughout the contract lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing a shared mailbox, maintaining supplier relationships, and partnering with sales to support active accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent experience
• Strong proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
• Analytical mindset with high degree of accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time, priorities, and deadlines
• Ability to learn and adapt to change

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned client accounts and contract-related questions
• Manage a shared client relations mailbox with timely responses and follow-up
• Maintain relationships with energy suppliers and support issue resolutions
• Collaborate with sales teams to support active accounts and contract details
• Assist channel partners with client-related requests and post-deal support
• Document account activity and resolutions in internal systems for visibility
• Troubleshoot post-sale issues and drive them to resolution
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership through resolution
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry requirements
