Pinecrest Group in Dallas is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to establish and nurture strong client relationships, collect essential documents, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the client journey.

You will drive proactive solutions, coordinate with multiple departments, explain policy details by phone, address inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation, milestones, and follow-ups to maximize client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in insurance or employee benefits.
• Strong understanding of benefits administration, payroll systems, and carrier requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow a diverse client portfolio by serving as the primary contact.
• Manage and track client progress throughout the service cycle with timely follow-ups.
• Oversee key account functions such as reconciliations, audits, enrollments, renewals, and adjustments.
• Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions proactively.
• Engage with clients over the phone to discuss policy details and ensure satisfaction.
• Analyze client accounts to identify growth opportunities and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting across all client interactions.
