Qualifications

• 5 years of escalation/customer service experience.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office; able to learn new software.
• High school diploma required; two- or four-year degree preferred.
• Experience with banks, credit unions, auto finance, lending, mortgage servicing, or similar financial institutions preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain assigned client accounts.
• Communicate recovery status updates to clients throughout the recovery process.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and field teams to ensure accurate information is provided.
• Monitor team mailbox(es) and keep it organized.
• Review and process account documentation.
• Maintain detailed account notes and records.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with reporting, compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and service delivery.
