Job summary

IDR in San Juan, Puerto Rico is seeking a proactive Client Services Associate to be the primary liaison between our clients and IDR, ensuring smooth project experiences, high client satisfaction, and long-term relationship growth.

You will coordinate with clients on project execution, schedule calls with experts, manage client communications and expectations, and escalate issues to internal teams when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, project management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in client services, account management, or project management.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact with assigned clients and manage relationships.
• Coordinate with clients on project execution and schedule calls with experts.
• Communicate project status and manage client expectations effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure quality checks on submissions before sharing with clients.
• Identify opportunities to grow key accounts and contribute to strategy.
• Develop market and competitive insights for IDR's industries.
• Maintain accurate internal data records and ensure information security.
