Beacon Hill is seeking a Client Success Specialist to be the primary contact for customer accounts and projects. You will build strong relationships, manage multiple projects, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Ideal candidate will have 3+ years in customer success or account management, solid project management, and excellent communication. This onsite role offers a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years of customer success, account management, client services, or related experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Printing industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact.
• Coordinate project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Prepare quotes and ensure orders move through the process accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Monitor deadlines and proactively resolve issues before they become problems.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support retention efforts.
• Track account activity and provide updates as needed.
