Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years in customer service, client support, or project coordination.
• Experience in the multifamily industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage client orders from start to finish with accuracy and timely execution.
• Review proofs for branding compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare price estimates and manage promotional product orders.
• Coordinate large projects such as bulk orders and client conferences.
• Maintain client storefronts and upload custom collateral.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of deliverables.
